The onsen facilities were outstanding, with an indoor and outdoor pool. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel is conveniently located beside the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus service to the nearby resorts.

The hotel is a bit outdated, which may not be to everyone's taste. The breakfast could also be improved, although the fresh fruit was a highlight.

Convenient Location: This place is really close to Himekawa River, making it easy to enjoy the scenic views and peaceful atmosphere. Plus, even the Matsumoto airport is not too far away, which is super convenient when traveling ✈️. We were pleased with our choice to stay here!

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff were fantastic, always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. the natural hot spring bath was a relaxing and soothing experience after a long day of skiing. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to many dining options. We also appreciated the daily refresh of Japanese robes.

The hotel could use some updating and the rooms showed some wear and tear with wall and ceiling stains. for the price, the hotel provided good value for money.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered us free ski equipment for our child. The hotel facilities were convenient and clean, and we loved relaxing in the hot spring bath and wearing the Japanese robes. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a perfect start to our day. This hotel was in a great location, very close to the railway station, allowing us to easily travel around this city.
